Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping regions. We currently ship within the United States. 

Carriers & rates. We ship via USPS / UPS / Fedex. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delayed or lost packages. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at sales@sandypawsmarket.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
